Commissioning of the new building "Television Safina"

In an effort to continuously improve and provide high-quality construction services, TGEM has built a new Safina Television building, which will not only become a symbol of development, but also a technology center for government employees. The official commissioning ceremony took place on December 13 with the participation of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, and the Chairman of the Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Chairman of the city of Dushanbe, respected Rustami Emomali.

Architectural solution

The facade of the new building impresses with its modern design, which not only reflects current trends, but also combines functionality. The main building, consisting of 5 floors and a basement, as well as two additional buildings located on a total area of more than 8,600 square meters, create an integrated and functional space. All buildings are closely interconnected and form a harmonious complex, designed for optimal work and employee comfort. More than 200 builders were involved in the construction, joining forces to implement this project.

Functional space

Optimal conditions for work and creativity have been created inside the new building. In total, the building has 7 spacious and stylized studios, including an innovative virtual studio with unique equipment that has no analogues in the country, and modern elevators have been installed to ensure comfortable movement between floors. The building area is divided into 63 spacious offices designed for the work of journalists, editors, editors and technical staff. Each office is equipped with the necessary equipment to ensure efficient completion of tasks.

Infrastructure and public spaces

An important component of the new building is the internal infrastructure. The building has a modern conference room with 100 seats and a gym with all modern equipment. Also, employees have at their disposal a spacious dining room where they can enjoy lunch and exchange ideas with colleagues.

Energy efficiency

The building design is closely linked to the city heating system, which allows for increased energy efficiency in winter.

The new modern building for the State Institution “Television “Safina” will not only become a center for creativity and information exchange, but will also highlight the modern face of the city.
